The Double Queen Rooms are located on 3 floors accessible by elevator or stairs. The rooms are designed with the bathroom in the middle of the room, dividing it into two sections with queen beds and TV's on each side. ACCESSIBLE STANDARD
The Accessible Room is located on the first floor and has a traditional layout with a queen bed and a queen pull out couch in the one room. This room contains hard surface flooring and accessible bathroom. There is a comfortable work area, flat screen TV, Keurig Coffee Maker, Fridge and microwave, independent heat/cooling controls and black out drapes. This is also an adjoining room.
EXECUTIVE KING
The Executive King Rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors accessible by elevator or stairs. These are smaller rooms with a King bed. They have a comfortable work area, flat screen TV's, Keurig Coffee Maker, Fridge and microwave, independent heat/cooling controls and black out drapes.

The Executive King Rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors accessible by elevator or stairs. These split rooms are larger rooms with a King bed on one side, and a queen bed with seating area on the other with the bathroom separating the beds. Property and Cancellation Policies
No charge for cancellation at least one day before arrival.
Damages
The guest must agree to pay for all charges incurred against the room account during the above given rental period and to be personally liable for payment of any and all charges due in the event the indicated third party, person, company or association fails to pay for such charges.
No Smoking
Guests will be fined $300 if any smoking or vaping activity occurs in the rented room.
Amenities
Only registered in-house guests are permitted to use our amenities such as the continental breakfast.
General Policies
Quiet time begins at 11:00 PM. This includes all guests abstaining from loitering in the hallways, and lobby areas. It is at the Hotel Managements discretion that if policies are not obliged, guests will be asked to leave the premises. If required, the authorities will be notified for assistance.
Pets
Small pets are welcome with prior arrangement only. The pet-friendly rate is $10 per day plus taxes with a damage deposit of $50 upon check-in and refunded upon check out. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the deposit can become non-refundable and the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repairs or cleaning.
